Eoin Morgan missed his hundred at Leeds in the 4th One Day against Australia

Now, the 5th game, which is going to take place in Manchester, has turned into a decider.

Hunting down the target of 300, England had lost three wickets below the 100-mark and all the hopes were lying with the skipper again and the Middlesex man was up to take the responsibility.

The left hander was slotted in after a couple of games though, but, the change hasn’t made any difference so far.

Morgan is actually struggling more than Williamson. Maybe, he needs to bat higher, that can be argued, but, he is not looking in form at all if the truth is spoken.

Morgan has had a successful time over here in India in international Cricket in the past.

Because of his soft hands and quick feet, he handles spin well which is very important in these conditions, but, the last year or so, he has had a bit of a downfall as a batsman and his confidence appears to be very low at the moment. Continue reading “Eoin Morgan big Flop in IPL 8”
